You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Diffusers, sensors or media that show installation damage or contamination are not returnable.
Calibration fluids and other consumables are non-returnable once opened.
Defective items caused by manufacturing faults are covered below.
E-mail info@puredutchee.com with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement, store credit or refund according to your preference.
If the product is faulty / we shipped the wrong item, we send you a prepaid label.
For all other returns, the customer arranges and pays return freight.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the returned goods are inspected.
Sensors and electrical items carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Improper installation or misuse voids the warranty.
