These terms apply to every purchase made on puredutchee.com (the “Site”).
By placing an order you accept these conditions in full.

The Site sells B2B spare parts and small-volume water-treatment equipment.
All sales, deliveries and services are governed exclusively by these Terms.
Prices are shown in euros, including VAT unless stated otherwise.
EU customers outside the Netherlands supply a valid VAT number to be invoiced zero-rated.
Prices may change at any time; the price confirmed at checkout applies.
Add items to cart and complete checkout.
You receive an automated order confirmation (acknowledging receipt, not acceptance).
The contract is formed when we issue a shipment confirmation or invoice.
We may cancel an order if products are unavailable or obvious pricing errors occur.
Shipping is free worldwide except to embargoed destinations.
Risk passes to the customer when the shipment is handed to the carrier.
Delivery times on the Site are estimates; delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control.
The Returns & Refunds Policy published on the Site forms part of these Terms.
Sensors and electronic items carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects.
Warranty is void if products are installed or used contrary to the supplied instructions.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or production downtime.
All content on the Site—text, graphics, product data, manuals and software—remains the property of PureDutch Environmental Equipment B.V. or its licensors.
No content may be reused without written permission.
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Dutch law applies.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase contract shall be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
We are not responsible for failure to perform if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport interruptions or government actions.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on the Site at the time of order applies to that order.
